"Good idea, but managing my account was a hassle"
I really like the idea behind Reviver, but trying to manage my account on reviver was kind of frustrating. I felt a little embarrassed because I kept thinking I was just missing something obvious, but even simple things like updating my details or finding billing info took way longer than they should have. Support did get back to me, but it was slow, and I had to repeat the same issue again, which made it even more annoying. It’s not the worst site I’ve used, but the account management side definitely needs some work.

"Transferring my car was honestly easy"
I did my vehicle transfer through reviver and, it was way easier than I expected. It didn’t take as long as I thought it would, and I didn’t really run into any problems. Smooth overall.

"Helpful call, just a little slow"
I had a sales consultation with reviver and overall it was good. The person I spoke with explained everything in a way that actually made sense and wasn’t pushy, which is nice because sales calls can be so over the top half the time. I’m taking off one star because I had to wait a bit to get some answers, and it feels like that happens with basically every company these days. Still, it was a helpful call.

"Honestly really impressed with the GPS"
I got the Reviver plate mostly to keep tabs on my car, i’ve been impressed. The GPS has been spot on so far, which was a relief because I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first. It updates quickly, and it actually saved me some frustration when I was trying to find my car in a huge parking lot. Small thing, but in the moment I was so glad I had it

"I feel a bit better leaving my car parked now"
I put this on the plate just feels more secure now. It’s one of those small things you don’t think about much, until you park somewhere and start wondering if someone could just walk off with it. Anyway, it makes stealing it seem like more of a hassle, so I feel a little better leaving my car parked.

"Good value for the price"
I’ve been using the Reviver subscription for a while now, and overall I’d say it’s worth the price. For customers like me who just need the basics covered, it does the job well. Setup was easy, which I appreciated. It’s not perfect though, I do wish there were a few more options included. I’m giving it 4 stars because the value is good, even if it’s not amazing. Still, I’m happy enough to keep using it for now.

"Cool idea, just didn’t work for my Honda"
I liked the idea of it. Seemed useful. Simple enough. But once I tried it on my older Honda, it just didn’t fit the way I thought it would. Kind of disappointing, honestly. Might work better on newer cars, but for mine, no luck.

"Pretty decent notifications overall"
The notifications aren’t perfect—some alerts do come in later than I’d like. But to be fair, most of them are accurate and show up when they should, so it’s not a dealbreaker for me.

"Better display than I expected"
Got my Reviver plate set up the display is way better than I thought it would be. It’s easy to read in the sun and still looks good at night. I haven’t noticed no weird glare or anything so far, so I’m happy with it.

"The install itself was easy and…"
The install itself was easy and quick. The steps were clear enough, and I didn’t have to mess around too much to get everything set up. At first I felt good about it, but the overall experience left me a bit unsure. Nothing major went wrong, but there were enough small things that made me question how much I can trust it going forward.

"Renewal was easy overall"
I renewed my registration through the site and it was straightforward, I think. There weren’t many hiccups, and the process was simple enough to follow. I just wish the updates came through a little faster because I wasn’t totally sure if everything had gone through right away.

"Privacy controls are okay, but I expected quicker clarity"
I do appreciate that reviver has some privacy settings and gives you a bit of control over your data. I was able to find most of what I needed, but a few options felt hidden, and the wording wasn’t always obvious. I had to spend more time clicking around than I expected just to figure out what was being shared and what wasn’t. It’s not bad overall, but I was expecting a faster, more straightforward experience for regular users.

The site looks really clean and is easy on the eyes. Compared to a lot of other sites that feel cluttered or overwhelming, this one is simple to look at and much nicer to browse

"Price was clear from the start"
I really appreciated that the price was shown upfront before I paid. Maybe it’s just me, but I always get a little nervous with sites like this because I expect some random fees to show up at the last second. That didn’t happen here, and the checkout was simple and exactly what I expected.

I reached out to Reviver support because I was having an issue with my account. They did get back to me, which I appreciated, but the first reply took longer than I expected — probably a couple of days. I’ll admit I started getting a little worried because I hate feeling like I might be getting fooled or ignored after asking for help. Once someone replied, they were polite and actually helped me get it sorted out. Overall, it was okay. Not a bad experience, but I do wish the response time had been faster.

"Battery life passes my simple test"
I’m not super technical with this stuff, so my shortcut is simple: if I don’t have to think about charging it all the time, it’s doing its job. So far, the battery lasts a long time and I haven’t run into any major issues.

Mine took a bit longer than I expected to update, and I had to restart it before everything worked right. After that, it was fine. Based on this one experience, I’d guess the firmware updates just aren’t the fastest, but at least they do the job.

"Pretty solid once it’s set up"
Been using the Reviver app on my phone for a bit now. Setup took longer than I thought it would. Not awful, just... a little annoying at first. Once I got through that, though, it’s been easy to use. Sometimes it loads a bit slow. Happens here and there. But nothing that really ruins the experience. Overall, solid app.

"Works Fine, But the Signal Drops"
Overall, it works well and the coverage is decent around most of my place. But the signal gets spotty in my garage, which gets annoying fast because I really don’t have the patience to keep waiting for it to reconnect.
